Role: Senior Management Consultant – Cultural Tourism Analysis

Objectives
- Deliver an in-depth understanding of the societal, cultural, and economic factors shaping cultural tourism now and in the future.
- Provide actionable insights to inform the creation of a new cultural tourism strategy.
- Create a clear and visually compelling report summarizing findings and scenarios.
Deliverables
- Trend and environmental analysis, including national and international perspectives.
- Scenarios for cultural tourism development up to 2035.
- Identification of key synergies, trends, and target audiences ("tribes")
- Analysis covering all three dimensions of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental.
- Desk research, stakeholder interviews, ongoing alignment
- Final report and executive summary (PowerPoint)
Key Tasks
- Desk research on cultural tourism trends and global developments.
- Interview key stakeholders: municipalities, cultural/creative actors, Region Skåne, etc.
- Analyze and synthesize findings into strategic insights.
- Develop future-oriented scenarios for cultural tourism in Skåne.
- Deliver written report and PowerPoint presentation.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in strategic trend and environmental analysis.
- Expertise in scenario planning and qualitative/quantitative research.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and produce clear, structured reports.
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with public sector clients.
- Comfortable working in agile environments.
- Strong writing and formatting skills for report design.
- Knowledge of cultural tourism and/or creative and cultural industries.
- Familiarity with the Skåne region.
