Assignment Description
Our client is seeking a Program Coordinator & Facilitator for the strategic initiative “New Channels,” aimed at modernizing and future-proofing their digital customer experience.
The program includes building a new frontend architecture, migrating digital services and apps, and establishing a cloud-based development platform.
Program Goals
- Enable personalized customer journeys and seamless, consistent experiences across channels.
- Improve development efficiency for web and app platforms.
- Ensure short development cycles and high automation for rapid value delivery.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Program Manager, playing a key role in structuring activities, coordinating work, and facilitating collaboration within and around the program.
This role is ideal for individuals experienced in complex initiatives who bring clarity, responsiveness, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Structure
- Coordinate activities, deadlines, documents, and communications.
- Maintain templates, presentation materials, decision logs, and status reports.
Workshops and Meetings
- Plan, execute, and document workshops, working sessions, and steering forums.
- Ensure preparation, engagement, and clear follow-ups.
Communication and Leadership Support
- Manage internal information flow and communication with related initiatives.
- Foster a structured and transparent collaboration culture.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior architects, line managers, POs/PMs, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive decision-making while maintaining consensus and involvement.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years’ experience as a program coordinator, junior program manager, or management consultant in tech/digital transformation programs.
- Experience with software and infrastructure development (web and app).
- Skilled in working with cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong understanding of technology’s role in business.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
- Highly organized; experienced in creating processes, flows, and documentation.
- Skilled workshop facilitator and confident leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with the client or similar large, federated organizations is a strong plus.
