We are seeking a highly organized and people oriented part-time Office Manager to support our team and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is integral to ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities
The main responsibility of this role is to keep the office and running smoothly and assisting the team in various administrative tasks.
Some examples of tasks might be:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as setting up company cards, ordering equipment for new employees.
- Organize and maintain office logistics, including ordering supplies and merchandise.
- Plan and coordinate company events

Work schedule
This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals seeking to work approximately 10-20 hours per week. It's the perfect opportunity for university students to gain valuable experience while balancing their studies. or people who have other engagements that require their attention some parts of the week.
At least one full day per week should ideally be spent in our office, during office hours, but some remote or weekend work is acceptable.
Our office is located at Dalagatan 78 in central Stockholm.
