Your role and responsibilities

As a Value Chain Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring an efficient and seamless flow across the entire value chain – from supplier to customer. You work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, production, and sales to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. This role requires both operational insight and strategic analytical skills, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize the value chain to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and share best practices for operations, planning processes and inventory management across the entire logistical flow.
• Conduct business data analysis for the business unit as well as the global organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes with business goals and objectives.
• Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement projects within logistics.
• Measure and follow up on key performance indicators, acting to drive efficiency and improve key targets.

Qualifications for the role

• Master's degree in a relevant field or a few of experience in value chain and logistics, project management, or supply chain.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Problem-solving and entrepreneurial attitude thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven and responsible personality.
• Collaborative, solution-focused, and data-driven approach combined with good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is a merit.
