Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Specification & Capability Management is a team owning specification and data management systems in the area of Materials & Package. We support users globally and drive development to improve our tools and procedures. We would like to strengthen our team with a young talent with an academic education in Information or Data Management who will get the opportunity to grow in the Business Analyst / Master Data Expert roles.

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do

As our new Future Talent in Specification & Capability Management team you will:

• Work as a Business Analyst / Master Data Expert
• Act as a super user to support end users of Tetra Pak specification and data management systems or tools by working with data management and technical documentation, securing information quality and product data availability.
• Support Specification Owners and Development teams to manage new and existing specifications in systems.
• Be part of teams suggesting and developing solutions to continuously improve systems, tools and working procedures according to internal and external stakeholder needs.
• Support in defining and maintaining standards, policies and procedures for master data creation, maintenance and deletion. Verify and monitor authorization workflows.

We believe you have

• A Master’s Degree in Information Systems / Management or Data Science / Management or equivalent, graduated in 2025-2026. Previous international studies/experience are considered as a merit.
• A strong interest in data and technical information management. Structured and detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Previous experience in IT development and Product data management is a plus
• Conceptual / User experience design and visualisation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in written and oral English
• Business, service and delivery oriented. Have a continuous improvement mindset.
• Team player and individual contributor depending on task. Ability to prioritize and work independently in fast-changing environment.
• Experience from working with MicroSoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience from ERP and PLM systems like SAP and Windchill PDMLink is a plus.
