We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Define, refine, and document requirements for web development teams
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams and an established UX team
• Take ownership of one or multiple backlog areas
• Create clarity and structure in a setting with evolving or undefined processes
• Support delivery in a deadline-driven Q3 timeline

What You Bring

• Solid experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience with financial systems or web-based financial applications (e.g., accounting, closing, tax systems)
• Strong ability to work in environments with immature or unclear requirement processes
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to ramp up quickly
• Comfortable working in high-tempo environments with clear delivery expectations
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
