About the job As a Business Analyst at Troax Group, you will develop and maintain the reporting tools and dashboards that power data driven decisions across our global organization. You will analyze commercial data to spot trends, opportunities, and risks - then turn insights into action in close collaboration with stakeholders across the Group.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that enable data driven decision making across the business.

• Improve data gathering capabilities and evolve our data warehouse/lakehouse in line with current needs and future demands

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data sourced from ERPs and other core systems.

• Proactively perform self-initiated analyses, draw conclusions, and recommend improvements or opportunities.

• Work closely with Sales units, Production units, Finance, IT, and the Product Offering organization to align on metrics and insights.

• Act in line with the Troax Group Code of Conduct, safety standards, and applicable laws, and regulations.

The role is located around Jönköping area. You will report to the Commercial Excellence Manager and operate with a high degree of independence, collaborating closely with IT and cross-functional peers to deliver scalable reporting and actionable insights.

We´re looking for

• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytics role with a clear track record of delivering data driven commercial insights.

• Relevant degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent Stakeholder management and the ability to influence at multiple levels.

• Strong analytical toolkit: Deep knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and Power BI; Python and ML concepts are a plus.

• Fluency in English and outstanding communication skills - clear, concise, and business oriented. Driving license is also a requirement.
