About the AssignmentWe are looking for an Order Management specialist with a strong customer focus and a hands-on approach to coordination with production units delivering medium-voltage switchgear.
You will work cross-functionally and combine customer interaction with order follow-up, purchasing activities, and project coordination in an industrial environment.
Job Description- Handle customer inquiries and order-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Monitor and manage orders, including claims, invoicing, and required documentation.
- Coordinate daily with production facilities regarding deliveries, production status, and technical clarifications.
- Carry out purchasing activities such as supplier communication, order follow-up, and escalations.
- Support project coordination through planning, tracking, and documentation.
Requirements- Solid experience working with SAP.
- Experience in order management.
- Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination.
- Experience supporting project coordination/project management activities.
- Technical interest or basic understanding of medium-voltage switchgear.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have- Experience working closely with production facilities/factories and delivery follow-up.
