We are looking for an Order Management specialist with a strong customer focus and a hands-on approach to coordination with production units delivering medium-voltage switchgear. You will work cross-functionally and combine customer interaction with order follow-up, purchasing activities, and project coordination in an industrial environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and order-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Monitor and manage orders, including claims, invoicing, and required documentation.
• Coordinate daily with production facilities regarding deliveries, production status, and technical clarifications.
• Carry out purchasing activities such as supplier communication, order follow-up, and escalations.
• Support project coordination through planning, tracking, and documentation.

• Solid experience working with SAP.
• Experience in order management.
• Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Experience supporting project coordination/project management activities.
• Technical interest or basic understanding of medium-voltage switchgear.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

• Experience working closely with production facilities/factories and delivery follow-up.
