Now, we’re looking for a SAP Solution Lead within Order to Cash (OTC) who wants to help shape how sales, order management, and customer flows work across a global organization. This role is about collaboration, thoughtful design, and making complex things work smoothly in real life – not just on paper.

About the role

In this role, you’ll be part of a global team working to design and evolve our Order-to-Cash solutions with SAP S/4HANA as the foundation. Together with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external partners, you’ll help create standardized, scalable ways of working that support our omni-channel business.

Your focus will be on understanding business needs, translating them into well-thought-through SAP solutions, and supporting implementation and change across regions and business units. You’ll work end-to-end across the OTC flow – from pre-sales and order management to delivery, billing, and reporting – always with the goal of enabling a great customer experience and efficient operations.

This is a role where listening, collaboration, and clarity are just as important as technical expertise.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with business and IT to design SAP OTC solutions that work globally
• Helping translate business needs into clear, sustainable solution designs
• Supporting harmonization of processes across regions and business units
• Contributing to roadmaps, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Being a trusted partner in change, helping teams navigate new ways of working

About you

You have a solid background in SAP Sales & Distribution or Order-to-Cash, but you don’t have to be an expert in everything. We believe you bring a mix of experience, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.

You might recognize yourself in several of these points:

• Experience working with SAP within OTC, sales, or related process areas
• An interest in how business processes, systems, and people interact
• Comfort working in complex, cross-functional environments
• A structured yet pragmatic way of solving problems
• The ability to explain technical topics in a clear and approachable way
• Are comfortable in a changing environment

Location & travel

This role can be based at any of our Swedish locations: Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered.

Some travel will be part of the role, depending on business needs – we aim to plan it in a sustainable way.
