We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner, Sweden to support our managers and employees in Sweden.
We are looking for a proactive and structured people professional with international experience to manage HR topics locally.
You will have a key role in attraction, selection and management of our local employees as well as legal compliance across Sweden, including labor legislation.
You will drive implementation of Teknos global people practices locally, in close collaboration with Global CoE team and HR network in different countries.
Leadership development, coaching local leaders and implementing team-building activities are also an essential part of your role.
You will ensure that HR processes run smoothly by supporting the business on various HR matters.
This includes maintaining efficient HR operations and administration to facilitate seamless functioning of processes locally as well as coaching and sparring leaders in various business situations demanding efficient people leadership.
You will be part of Teknos Group’s TLC (Talent, Leadership and Culture) team, and be located in Sweden.
We work in hybrid mode and presence in our Swedish office in Tranemo is expected couple of days per week.
This position is permanent and full-time.
Your areas of responsibility will include, but not be restricted, the following tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for local line managers in Sweden in all people related topics
- Support in recruitment process, employment contracts and documentation, new joiners onboarding, collecting needed payroll data and data for benefits
- Maintenance of our HR system and master data
- Managing industrial relations locally, questions about collective agreements, local agreements and employment law as well as sparring with management
- Coaching and sparring with managers – including training in needed areas
- Smooth handling of payroll processes and any legal issues in relation to this
- Maintaining personnel policies and handbooks locally
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes in close collaboration with managers
- Participation in TLC network in Group (worldwide/global team)
- Corporate and local communication activities
- Various ad hoc tasks
What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:
- You understand the necessity of coaching, advising and helping the organization with people related processes, tasks and questions.
- Our corporate language is English, which is why it is important that you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Your educational background is commercial, educational or HR management, and you have 4-5 years of professional experience with the entire range of tasks within HR.
- You have knowledge and experience of all the aspects of HR from talent attraction and recruitment to employment lifecycle and exit.
- You have solid knowledge of Swedish employment law.
- You have solid knowledge of payroll and salary payment related issues.
- You are skilled in negotiation and experienced in working within the framework of collective and local agreement.
- You enjoy working independently and switching between strategic and hands-on tasks
- You have experience or exposure to matrix organizations.
- You have a collaborative mindset – you enjoy building relationships and working across teams and geographies.
- You are passionate about supporting the business, and have a positive approach to your work and your colleagues.
- You do not hold back from coming up with ideas.
