We’re looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with international experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.
You’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing onboarding and relocation processes, and supporting HR administration across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain ATS systems and ensure accurate candidate tracking.
- Support HR functions including payroll coordination, employee records, and internal HR inquiries.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration across international environments.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and HR systems.
- Master’s degree in Strategic HRM and Labour Relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
