Assignment Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Global HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives for Technology & Innovation as well as the Sales Sweden organization.
The role also includes divisional responsibility for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), playing a key part in embedding inclusion and equity within the broader business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and the Group/Construction HR agenda
- Provide expert coaching and support on people-related matters and strategic workforce planning
- Lead and coordinate divisional D&I efforts, including setting objectives, tracking KPIs, and promoting an inclusive work culture
- Drive talent management initiatives, focusing on building robust talent pipelines
- Identify future capabilities and competencies required to support business competitiveness
- Inspire, coach, and support leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor and feedback provider to line managers on leadership behavior and decision-making impact
- Lead cross-functional and international strategic HR and business projects
- Support performance and organizational development, optimizing structures for operational efficiency
- Use HR analytics to provide insights for data-driven decisions in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Champion the organization’s cultural development through the Winning Culture program
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with demonstrated business and leadership success
- Academic background in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong business acumen, proven success in change management, and preferably M&A experience
- Ability to influence and operate across all organizational levels and functions
- Experience working in matrixed and international environments
- Proven ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans
- Skilled in union collaboration, regulatory compliance, and engagement with government and industry bodies
- Strong command of HR analytics, KPIs, and data-informed decision-making
- Deep understanding of global HR best practices and cultural transformation initiatives
