Role: HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

Assignment Description
An experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner is sought to support strategic and operational HR initiatives within a dynamic organization.
The role combines hands-on human resource management with leadership coaching, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Workforce Planning to build a competitive and future-ready organization
- Coach and support leaders to succeed in their roles and drive team performance
- Promote and maintain strong labor law and union relationships
- Act as a cultural ambassador and advocate for an exceptional employee experience
- Support the organization across a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Talent management
- Compensation and benefits
- Leadership development
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Solid understanding of core HR disciplines and the employee lifecycle
- Experience in a global business environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally between office locations (Huskvarna, Jonsered, Stockholm)
