The Position Now, we're looking for a Digital Business Developer to join our Digital Business & Connectivity team. If you're the kind of person who, enjoys collaborating with different teams and thrives in an environment where learning never stops - then this might just be the perfect place for you As a Digital Business Developer, you'll be ensuring that the development team lives agile principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed upon. You will take the role as Scrum Master in the development team but also act as Test Leader during the phase of development. Your Responsibilities Scrum master tasks; Facilitate daily stand-ups for the team, Protect the team from over-committing, and scope creep, and manage priorities. Aid in sub-task creation and manage estimations. Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints. Scrum board administration - Work as the administrator of the board. Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tool, Devops software, is working well. Reporting - Regular analysis of burndown charts to understand what gets built and at what cadence. Impediments-aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements. Other tasks; Perform testing and create test plans. Prepare the product for a go to market launch together with Product Owner. Participate in concept workshops, POC processes to develop ideas on future growth within digital business. Here are a few things that would make you a great fit: Proven track record in working within marketing or sales for B2B company. Good knowledge about E-commerce process and technology. Scrum master experience. Process oriented and problem solving. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal English skills. English and one further European language would be beneficial. We believe you like to move between the whole and the details to engage customers to use the platform. Bachelor´s Degree in Technology, Business, Finance or related field. For this role, a valid work permit is required.
