Coordinates and monitors orders and deliveries through contacts with suppliers, customers, internal departments, transport companies, freight forwarders and others.
Assist with travel arrangements, visas, meetings, and business receptions for executives and employees;
Prepare, translate, and organize documents in both Chinese and English, including notices, reports, contracts, and internal communications;
Support the organization of internal meetings, trainings, and employee events; take meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
Provide administrative support related to HR matters in the Nordic region, such as onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and basic HR coordination;
Perform other administrative and general support tasks as assigned by management.
