Senior SAP Analytics Engineer (Datasphere/BW/HANA)  Welcome to the innovation leader in home appliances and the Strategy and Business Development for the Nordics! We are strengthening our data foundation to power reliable reporting and automation. For this, we are now looking for a Senior SAP Analytics Engineer, who will play a central role in building and evolving the local data models and flows that power our services, automations & tools in the Nordics.  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  Navigate the SAP landscape, in close collaboration with local customers and counterparts from global IT teams. This encompasses:  Operative part  • Build local data flows and models on global datasets (SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, HANA) and optimize queries and calculation views to provision trusted data to consumers like SAC and Power BI.  • Translate Nordic business requirements into consumption-ready datasets, coordinating with Sales Analytics and Global Infrastructure teams on access, performance, and releases.  • Manage local reports from creation to automated distribution, collaborating with process automation and platform teams to ensure reliable, end-to-end data refreshes.  Project part  • Establish robust processes, standards, and user authorizations for local data provisioning and reporting, driving the full lifecycle from solution design to testing and documentation.  • Be an active member in international BSH communities on Business Intelligence, data engineering, and reporting.  YOUR BENEFITS   You will be a key member in a highly dedicated and competent team in an international setting. You will work closely with key stakeholders, and as part of the Strategy and Business Development department you will continuously contribute to interesting new developments and projects. The team also runs Automation and AI projects and in the team you’ll be at the center of our future.   YOUR PROFILE   Background & skills  • Senior professional with a proven track record of building reliable data models and reporting datasets in the full flow from requirement to release (end-to-end)  • Solid experience (5+ years) in a SAP S/4HANA environment and ideally also in one or more of the following applications: • SAP Datasphere (DWC) • SAP BW/4HANA (consumption layer/BEx-style queries) • SAP HANA (SQL, Calculation Views) • Analysis Office • SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) • Business Objects • Power BI/Power Query  • Familiarity with connectivity and integrations (e.g., OData, JDBC/ODBC), roles/authorizations and collaborating with platform owners on performance topics  • Experience with scheduling/reporting automation; working with process automation tools is an advantage.  • Preferred MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience  Personality  • Thrives with the balance of project work and operative data provisioning  • Comfortable communicating with both end users as well as tech teams. Enjoys enabling others and thrives on being a part of a team.   • Comfortable coordinating with global platform teams    • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage  CURIOUS?
