Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior S4E Capability Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and manage a finance capability team within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program with planned go-live in October 2027
• Manage multiple workstreams at an operational level within a project matrix organization
• Coordinate and lead a team of SAP and finance process experts across detailed and end-to-end ERP processes
• Identify required expertise and align team member availability with departmental managers, supported by PLT
• Ensure execution of assigned work across all workstreams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Own resource planning, detailed work planning based on workstream methodologies, progress tracking, reporting, and forecasting
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, IT, and the wider business to ensure successful delivery

What you bring:

• Deep understanding and multi-year experience working with ERP business processes, preferably SAP FI and/or CO
• Strong understanding of how detailed ERP processes integrate into end-to-end business processes
• Proven experience from ERP rollout or large-scale ERP transformation projects
• Experience leading project teams in large, international, and complex environments
• Strong project management and people leadership skills in matrix organizations
• Fluency in English; Swedish is advantageous
• Accounting and controlling knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to work part-time if required and commit to a long-term assignment
