Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Service Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and own Automotive network services globally, acting as the Automotive “Catcher” with full lifecycle responsibility
- Take over network services through a structured project handover and ensure stable operations thereafter
- Own and manage WAN, LAN, LAN firewall, and DDI services delivered by external suppliers
- Ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of network services across the organization
- Drive continuous improvements together with architects to increase standardization, stability, and cost efficiency
- Establish, implement, and maintain operational processes for onboarding and running new network services
- Lead and support operations during major incidents and business disturbances, contributing expert knowledge
- Act as contract owner for suppliers, managing service levels, performance follow-up, root cause analysis, and compliance with contractual frameworks
- Develop and execute the service roadmap aligned with business goals, service objectives, and cost efficiency targets
- Own and manage budget, forecasts, and financial follow-up within defined guidelines
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including users, suppliers, network solution architects, security teams, and service management functions (change, incident, and problem management)
- Work in close partnership with the Industrial Network Service Owner, providing mutual backup and support
- Collaborate with the security organization to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of network infrastructure
What you bring:
- Relevant academic background in computer science, information systems, network connectivity, or a related field
- Senior-level experience in network connectivity within large, global environments, preferably with outsourced service delivery models
- Strong hands-on network knowledge enabling effective ownership and governance of outsourced network services
- Proven experience in vendor and contract management, including service level follow-up and supplier performance management
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Structured, persistent, and quality-focused mindset, ensuring standards are followed, contracts are met, and costs are controlled
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
