We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our TT-Line team in Trelleborg, on a maternity leave cover contract. In this role, you will support our international maritime operations and act as a key point of contact between our seafarers, vessels, and the HR department ashore.

The area of responsibility includes:

• Manage recruitment processes for maritime personnel.
• Provide support to seafarers on payroll, benefits, career development, and grievance resolution.
• Process all occurring HR administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the effective manning of vessels in line with all regulatory and operational requirements.
• Handle general correspondence between vessels and the HR department ashore.
• Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for crew members.
• Oversee document compliance within our system and prepare employment contracts.

Your profile:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Team-oriented approach with high commitment and discretion.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of HR practices and maritime industry is an advantage.
