As a Consultant at VIPAS AB, you’ll work on

• Overseeing, managing, and monitoring a key strategic and multi-faceted project to ensure success.

• Planning for the execution and delivery of project actions; delegating actions and coordinating effectively with management and colleagues.

• Ensuring that the project meets or exceeds their obligations regarding requirements, specifications, quality, budget, timeframes, risks, and communication.

• Ensuring proper project planning and setup, including governance, scope, reporting to, and communication with management forums and regulators.

• Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals.

• Ensure adherence to European Market Services (EMS) project management framework.

We expect you to have

• BSc or MSc in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry is required, in a role dedicated to leading projects, audit of financials or complex systems, or consultancy.

• Experience with global organizations in a regulated industry, collaborating with large teams coming from various parts of a global organization.

• Experience working with complex decision-making, risk assessments, complex organizations, and technical systems.

• Demonstrable experience with project management methodologies and project management tools, including industry trends.

• Experience in handling external or internal customers, including Steering Committees, high-level management, external clients, industry associations, and regulators.

• The ability to demonstrate thought leadership in implementing changes to existing processes and practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, ability to effectively develop and maintain relationships, and lead culturally diverse teams.

• Formal Project Management certification.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
