Link Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations team in Stockholm and be part of a global logistics company on an exciting growth journey.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in growing our eCommerce warehouse in collaboration with the local Branch Manager.
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of three and report directly to the Branch Manager. You’ll lead all daily warehouse and terminal operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods.

How You Will Make an Impact
Lead and develop a small warehouse and terminal team, with a strong focus on quality and performance
Maintain excellent service for existing eCommerce warehouse and shipping customers
Operate and optimize processes in our WMS platform (Ongoing)
Drive continuous improvement and operational growth
Set, visualize, and follow up on departmental KPIs
Your Background
Proven leadership experience within warehouse, logistics, or a related field
Strong communication skills; you delegate clearly and motivate effectively
A team-oriented leader who builds a shared vision and promotes a positive team culture
Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems
Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience with WMS Ongoing is a plus
