Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design and build applications that support business needs, enabling users to view, enter, edit, and approve items
• Develop relational databases and integrate with other systems to support dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI)
• Ensure smooth data migration and system integrations, following IT standards and best practices
• Work with modern platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Power Platform
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring scalability and usability
• Learn and apply the process modelling tool ARIS to support business process alignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver fast, incremental results

What you bring:

• Proven fullstack development experience across frontend, backend, databases, and information/data management
• Master of Science degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and take initiative
• Experience navigating large-scale organizations and complex environments
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver incremental improvements quickly
• Fluency in English at a professional level (Swedish is an advantage)
