Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Admin to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- System administration, report generation (SQL, Rapp82), and payroll type setup including organizational changes.
- Collaborate closely with payroll teams on scheduled payroll runs, statistics, accounting files, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure quality assurance of payroll files and accounts, supporting accurate accounting and reporting.
- Support testing, reviewing integrations, and providing expertise in payroll-related processes.
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Heroma, including system administration, SQL/Rapp82 reporting, and payroll configuration.
- Strong knowledge of HR and financial processes, with proven experience in payroll quality assurance and reporting.
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in working with payroll and finance teams.
- Structured and independent way of working, with strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Communicative, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented mindset.
Meritorious skills:
- Experience as a process owner driving improvements within payroll processes.
- Background as HR controller or financial support.
- Knowledge of system integrations involving Heroma.
- Experience identifying savings potential and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Project management experience in payroll (e.g., payroll data transfers, external supplier collaboration).
- Experience testing new developments and reviewing integrations.
- The assignment allows 2–3 days per week of remote work.
