Introduction
Do you thrive at the intersection of advanced technology and leadership? Ever dreamed of guiding a team pushing the boundaries of what’s scientifically possible? At Low Noise Factory, you’ll lead one of the most innovative R&D teams in the world, working on technology that enables quantum computing, space exploration, and radio astronomy. This is your chance to build and grow a high-performing department in a unique, international environment.
About Low Noise Factory
Low Noise Factory (LNF) designs and produces the world’s best low noise microwave amplifiers. Our technology operates at cryogenic temperatures close to absolute zero, enabling scientific breakthroughs in quantum computing, deep-space communication and radio astronomy. Our amplifiers receive signals from the most distant spacecraft ever launched, Voyager 1 and help read quantum states in cutting-edge quantum computers. We combine fundamental research with product development, production and testing in our 1500 sqm Gothenburg facility, where we host state-of-the-art laboratories and electronics assembly, as well as high-frequency cryogenic test systems. We also design and produce semiconductor circuits in advanced cleanrooms. Our team of 22 employees represents 14 different nationalities, united by a passion for science, precision, and making the impossible possible.
