IT Support & Specialist

Are you the go-to person when tech goes wrong? Do you love solving problems, helping people, and making IT look effortless? Then Veho Truck Retail wants YOU on our team as an IT Support Specialist!

This isn’t just a helpdesk role—it’s your chance to be the hero who keeps our automotive (truck) business rolling forward.

Your responsibilities;

• Be the first responder: Handle all IT incidents and requests—keeping our people connected and productive.
• Solve & support: Troubleshoot devices, apps, and access issues. If it’s complex, you’ll pass it on to the next level—but only after giving it your best shot.
• Be everywhere (virtually): Support via phone, email, chat, and our portal—in the local language Swedish (and English when needed).
• Keep us sharp: Streamline processes and help us automate the boring stuff.
• Collaborate & innovate: Work with awesome colleagues across IT, business teams, and partners to make things better every day.

Your experience;

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft tech (EntraID, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, M365, etc.)
• Networking basics (WAN/LAN/WLAN), bonus points for Cisco or Fortinet skills
• ITSM (we use ServiceNow) and ITIL know-how
• Problem-solving superpowers, clear communication, and a passion for helping people
• A curious mind that’s always learning and adapting to new tools and tech
