We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with strong Mandarin and English skills to join our team. You will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across global teams.

Responsibilities

• First- and second-line IT support for international colleagues
• 
  
• Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and workplace applications
• 
  
• Manage accounts in Microsoft 365 / Active Directory
• 
  
• Act as a language bridge for Chinese- and English-speaking users

Requirements

• Experience in IT support / service desk
• 
  
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, networking basics
• 
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer focus
• 
  
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken & written)
