Role Description
We're looking for a freelance Social Media Manager that can help us engage with the independent music community.
This is a temporary assignment for 5 months, estimated at 30h/Week, with the possibility of being extended.
This role is a hands-on, Social Media A-Z assignment.
We’re looking for a proactive person who enjoys independent work, but also thrives in collaboration with our Brand & Marketing team, content agency and neighbouring departments for developing ideas and content.
You’ll lead the curation and management of our social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities:
- Content calendar planning
- Scheduling and posting of content
- Creative ideation
- Production of easier assets (we work in the Adobe Suite as well as Canva)
- Manage paid boosting of selected posts
- Community management, including answering comments
- Reporting and follow-up Main goal: Grow engagement on Amuse’s Instagram & TikTok channels.
Qualities and skills you possess:
- You stay up-to-date on social media and industry trends
- You have outstanding planning & organization skills and understand how to involve the right people at the right time, making deadlines and planning resources
- You see yourself as creative as well as goal oriented
- You have a curious mindset with a desire to constantly test, learn and improve
- You have initiative, independence and drive
- You’re collaborative and a team player
- If you also have previous experience of working in the music industry, that’s a plus!
