· Overseeing application and interpretation of National Electric Code and other applicable codes and standards

· Ensure standards of work quality, first time fix, continuous improvement of technicians

· Ensure any external audit score is achieved under the contract and increased to and above the 95%

· Drive Safety in everything you do

· Lead Daily Safety Tailgate meetings with team

· Supervise High Voltage Electrical Team

· Develop detailed switching plans

· Coordinate electrical work with affected operation teams

· Communicate all activities with Operations Shift Team Leader

· Respond to power outages
