As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of underground civil works, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specified guidelines. Your role will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating on-site activities related to underground civil work execution.

• Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• 
  
• Managing and supervising subcontractors and site workers, ensuring that work is executed as per the schedule and quality expectations.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing solutions to mitigate challenges.
• Maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and providing timely updates to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with engineers, site managers, and other key personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Significant hands-on experience in underground network installation within industrial projects.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to industrial construction projects.
