Join us in the role as Team Manager delivering the best agile teams on the market!

Being one of the pioneers in delivering agile teams, AFRY has the processes, experience, and know-how to build efficient teams, easily adapted to our customers’ organizations. We build highly competent and versatile teams and our customer experience range from Telecom and Automotive to MedTech and IT.

As a team manager in our assignment delivery organization, you will be at the heart of things when it comes to team deliveries. Here you will work closely with the agile teams in terms of recruitment, budget, acceleration of team development, team efficiency etc. In addition, you will also work together with the sales team and other management functions within AFRY.

You will also be an integral part of our expanding delivery organization working in tight cooperation with management in defining the strategy and roadmap for the future. 

Qualifications

We believe you have exceptional communication skills and a deep interest in interpersonal relations and group development. You will join an existing, highly collaborative group of team managers with deep experience in group development and high-performing agile teams. With your background, you add a new dimension to this group that will further strengthen our deliveries.

You have a strong documented background in Agile team management as a Scrum master and hold a certificate within Agile methods and processes (PSM, SAFe etc)

You are definitely a team player, and you engage trust with both team members and customers as well as your other colleagues in the way you communicate.

You have a technical background such as from being a developer in a team-based organization, where you have taken leading roles for a period of at least five years.

We work in a hybrid organization with possibility to work remotely, however it is expected from you to be at the AFRY office in Solna Stockholm two to three days a week supporting your responsibility to act as a leader, spread our culture and build team spirit, #LI-Hybrid.

You are a person who easily establishes personal credibility and trust with others. We also think you're used to making difficult decisions and identify business opportunities outside your own functional area and drive organizational change. You are confident in the embedded development domain and a strong communicator who builds strong and long-lasting customer and employee relationships. 

To be able to support and lead a technical team and develop employees, you need to have experience within Embedded Product Development - such as Embedded Software Development, Hardware Development, or Production.
