Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Testing Assignment Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead and coordinate the handling of deviations detected during tests.
• Gather and analyze relevant information, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
• Drive and coordinate root cause analyses, defining short-term corrective actions, with special focus on safety-related deviations and those impacting test execution.
• Request and follow up on rapid feedback from workstreams to ensure timely resolution of deviations.
• Lead and coordinate investigations related to new product introductions.
• Manage short- to medium-term tasks beyond daily operations as required.
• Drive and support continuous improvements within the team.

What you bring

• Knowledge of vehicle architecture and components.
• Broad understanding of engineering disciplines, including mechanics, mechatronics, and automotive software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and hands-on approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation with pragmatic decision-making.
• M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• English fluency; Swedish and Mandarin/Chinese are meriting.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (meriting).
• C/CE driver’s license (meriting).
• Familiarity with product development and testing processes (meriting).
