Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design user interfaces and interaction flows in Figma, including screen designs and clickable prototypes
• Set up and conduct user tests using our Usertesting platform, analyze results, and iterate on designs
• Develop mockups and prototypes for new functionality and ensure alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with users, primarily internal, to anchor and evaluate design proposals
• Document design proposals in both written form and visual illustrations
• Work closely with business representatives to understand requirements and contribute to business analysis by documenting processes and writing specifications

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UX design
• Strong ability to design and prototype in Figma
• Experience conducting user testing, including test setup, analysis, and iteration
• Skilled in creating interaction designs, mockups, and prototypes that communicate functionality clearly
• Ability to document design concepts effectively in writing and visuals
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and contributing to process documentation and requirements gathering
• Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
