Are you ready to grow your UX skills in a collaborative, international environment?

This role is part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.

We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our cross-functional team within the TRATON ecosystem. You’ll help shape intuitive digital tools and processes that support engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

The Team

You’ll be part of a dynamic group focused on improving collaboration and creating user-centered solutions.

The team works closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design digital tools and processes that are intuitive, efficient, and impactful.

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI design (internships or academic projects also considered)
• Basic skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
• Clear communication skills and a user-first mindset
