Start date 22 September 2025 End date 31 December 2025 Extent 100% Location Remote (based in Europe, client office in Gothenburg)

We are looking for a mid-level SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join an exciting assignment. You will work with Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules to configure, optimize and support solutions that drive HR efficiency and decision-making. This is a chance to collaborate with global teams and contribute to meaningful HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

  • Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors EC and Compensation modules
  • Provide expertise in system design, implementation and support
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and business teams to align system with goals
  • Ensure data integrity and security within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for seamless HR operations
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for best practices
  • Stay updated with SuccessFactors enhancements and recommend improvements
  • Take ownership of product release and roadmap information

Skill requirements

  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC and Compensation
  • 3+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, compensation structures and analytics tools
  • Experience with data integration and migration
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate into system configuration
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Analytics module is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or equivalent experience
  • Experience facilitating design workshops
  • Experience with global implementations in complex environments
  • High proficiency with SAP Activate methodology
