Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with solid expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation to join our clients team on a consultancy assignment. You will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support HR processes and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules.
- Provide technical expertise in system design, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system functionalities with organizational objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Conduct end-user training and develop best practice documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and advise on potential improvements.
- Own and communicate Product Release and Roadmap information.
