UX is an integral part of Husqvarna Global Design, a group function that collaborates with all brands within the Group, their products, and solutions. We are a talented team, comprising Industrial, Surface, and Graphic designers, as well as UX/UI designers, located in Sweden, Germany, and the US. About the role & Key responsibilities

As a designer you creatively solve problems at all levels of detail: from the big picture to the nuts and bolts. You will be involved in one or more of our development projects where you are the advocate for the user and lead the project towards a user-centric way of working. We believe that we will become a stronger team if everyone is involved in the design process.

Examples of what you can do (depending on your specialty):

• User research and usability test
• Formulate user goals
• Concept design
• Detailed UI design
• Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops
• Continuous development and enhancement of our Design System and way of working
• Design system ownership tasks such as facilitate meetings and workshops, support developers and designers

About you

We are looking for a talented UX designer to join our team. As a designer, you are passionate about advocating for the user and strive to design valuable, usable, and desirable products.

In addition, we expect you:

• Have extensive experience in both UX and UI design for digital services.
• Have a passion for understanding humans.
• Are a team player.
• Have an agile mindset (test-learn-modify).
• Have a high level of self-leadership.
• Have excellent communication skills
• English is required; Swedish is a bonus.

Location

We have offices in Huskvarna, Jonsered or Stockholm. Our work is office first with some flexibility to work from home.
