Overview
We are seeking two full-time Project Coordinators to support a cross-functional project focused on phasing out products.
The project is organized into workstreams covering product management, sourcing, S&OP, manufacturing, aftermarket, data management, and sales.
You will work alongside a project manager and experienced workstream leads.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings.
- Document time plans, task lists, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Follow up on deliverables and provide updates.
- Support workstream leads as needed.
Active Support in Workstreams
- Assist in reviewing component lists with factories.
- Track components scheduled for phase-out.
- Evaluate quantities of components in stock or ordered versus remaining production needs.
- Assess scrapping risks for components.
- Contribute to various tasks across sourcing, manufacturing, aftermarket, and supply chain functions.
