About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with advanced proficiency in SolidWorks to join a development project. The role involves designing and optimizing mechanical structural components, either as part of new developments or improvements to existing designs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and optimizing mechanical structures.
• 
  
• Working with SolidWorks and SAP as the primary design tools.
• 
  
• Applying knowledge of casting, machining, gear wheels, and moving structures (meritorious).
• 
  
• Collaborating internally and with other teams to meet project goals.
• 
  
• Coordinating activities with related engineering fields to ensure effective solutions.
• 
  
• Preparing reports and conducting analyses using computer-based tools.
• 
  
• Driving initiatives to improve group effectiveness and customer satisfaction, while meeting legal and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• 2–6 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or
• 
  
• Another technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish.
