We are now looking for a driven Talent Acquisition & Business Growth Manager to join our Gothenburg team and help expand our client base while delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.

About the Role In this role, you will combine talent acquisition expertise with business development skills. You will source and attract top talent while also identifying new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Identify, approach, and secure new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
