About the Role:
As a customer care representative, you will play a key role in reconnecting with former customers in France who previously subscribed to meal boxes from the brand we represent. Your goal will be to reignite their interest and introduce them to our latest campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to former French customers who have canceled their subscriptions.
Present compelling offers and reignite customer interest in meal boxes.
Showcase the company’s high-quality products and services while actively listening to customer feedback, addressing any concerns or questions.
Strengthen the relationship between customers and the brand, with a strong focus on quality and customer service in the French market.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:
00–16:55 (full-time)
Salary: Fixed hourly rate plus commission
Employment Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period
