Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architecture for the Planon cloud-based Facility Management and Real Estate (FMRE) solution
• Bridge business needs with technical solutions by aligning Planon software with Ingka’s organizational goals and IT environment
• Analyze the current technology and business process landscape to provide data-driven insights and steer optimal architectural solutions
• Lead and contribute to the optimization of real estate and facility management processes using Planon’s REM4SAP functionality
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across technology and business domains, ensuring alignment and smooth integration
• Continuously stay updated on developments in real estate and FM technology to drive innovation and value in the solution architecture
• Support integration, automation, and data flow in Microsoft Azure-hosted SaaS environment

What you bring

• Deep understanding of business processes within Real Estate and their implementation in Planon’s functional modules
• Broad knowledge of Facility Management & Real Estate technologies and platforms with experience across multiple functional and technical domains
• Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration, business process analysis, optimization, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with complex enterprise ecosystems and the ability to tailor solutions based on industry-specific requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence decisions and drive architectural outcomes aligned with business value
• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and agile SaaS-based solutions hosted in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure
• Willingness to work onsite in Malmö or Amsterdam 1–3 times monthly as part of a hybrid setup
