What you will do •    Database Management: Design, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle and other databases for peak performance and reliability. Manage patches and upgrades. Enhance Ansible scripts for streamlined operations. •    Solution Development: Review solution proposals for scalable database integrations. Support development teams in crafting efficient SQL queries and validate data model updates. •    Performance Optimization: Conduct detailed performance tuning and troubleshooting. Analyze AWR and ADDM reports. Address complex technical requests from customers and internal teams. •    Scalability and Mentorship: Ensure application scalability and mentor developers. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to explore innovative solutions. You will bring •    Proven experience in Oracle database setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. •    Strong skills in performance tuning and optimization. •    Excellent SQL and data modeling skills. •    Experience with Ansible and automation tools. •    Proficiency in RMAN, expdp/impdp, Oracle RAC, Multitenancy, Data Guard, TDE, PL/SQL, and partitioning. •    Experience in FinTech or related industry is a plus.
