Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with a high-performing development team to design and implement advanced machine learning solutions
• Lead and contribute to projects involving generative AI and agentic AI systems
• Develop robust, scalable ML models using Python and MLOps best practices
• Apply LangChain framework for building and orchestrating LLM-based applications
• Participate in AI model training, evaluation, and deployment across multiple environments
• Manage project lifecycles from development to production with a focus on performance and maintainability
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions
• Contribute to the innovation and improvement of internal ML tools and frameworks

What you bring:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python for building and deploying ML models
• At least 1 year of experience with the LangChain framework
• Proven MLOps experience, with involvement in a minimum of 3 projects over the past 3 years
• Practical exposure to AI coding techniques and architectures for more than 1 year
• More than 2 years of stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of generative and agentic AI applications
• Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, building AI agents, or frontend development using React or Next.js
