Assignment Description

A senior Machine Learning Software Engineer is sought to join an advanced AI team working on cutting-edge generative and agentic AI initiatives. The consultant will be involved in the full ML engineering cycle—from experimentation to deployment—with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML engineering pipelines using Python and MLOps tools.

• Develop and maintain applications using the LangChain framework.
• 
  
• Work on AI coding, including LLM prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• 
  
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and platform engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• 
  
• Manage deployments and workflows across multiple projects.
• 
  
• Drive AI/ML initiatives and contribute to long-term architecture planning.
• 
  
• Engage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
• 
  
• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• 
  
• 1+ year of hands-on work with the LangChain framework.
• 
  
• Experience with MLOps on at least 3 projects (minimum 3 years).
• 
  
• 1+ year of experience with AI application development and coding.
• 
  
• Proven experience in stakeholder management (2+ years).
• 
  
• Strong interest in generative and agentic AI development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• 
  
• Familiarity with building AI agents.
• 
  
• Frontend development experience using React or Next.js.

• English: Proficient (written and spoken)
