Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Service Experience Lead to join a dynamic team driving transformation within the car service and repair domain. This 12-month assignment, covering a maternity leave, offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of customer journeys and electric mobility solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sustainability, a passion for innovation, and a drive to lead impactful change in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to enhance the sales and service experience.

  • Define and drive business requirements across internal digital and operational functions.

  • Manage documentation including process descriptions, knowledge articles, and Q&A materials.

  • Oversee projects aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction and operational performance.

  • Align and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams across global markets.

  • Prioritize development needs and serve as a central point of contact for the sales process and channel development.

Candidate Profile

You are flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with a proven ability to manage change and navigate complex environments. With strong interpersonal skills and a structured approach, you excel at simplifying complexity, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

  • Proficient in both Swedish and English.

End Date: August 2026
