Your New Role 

We’re looking for a Content Operations Coordinator to join our clients international team and play a key role in supporting the daily flow of music, video, and podcast content through the client’s supply chain. You’ll be part of a diverse, dynamic group with team members in Singapore, Mumbai, Dubai, Dublin, London, Helsinki, Austin, New York, and Los Angeles — enabling true global coverage.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both content providers and internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Licensing, Commercial Partnerships, Trust & Safety, and more. Your main mission? Ensuring that content is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and accurately — so users around the world get the best possible experience.

What you’ll do

- Review and process a variety of complex incoming content requests. - Resolve a high volume of support tickets on a daily basis. - Interpret and escalate operational issues where needed. - Troubleshoot ingestion and curation-related problems alongside internal and external teams. - Conduct research, support projects, and gather key information for cross-functional needs. - Act as a liaison between content providers and internal stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the music, podcast, or digital media space.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • To be fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with metadata management or standards like DDEX or RSS is a plus.
