Role: Senior BI Specialist

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on-site only)

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain, operate, and enhance QlikView and Qlik Sense applications
• Support the transition from QlikView to Qlik Sense
• Work with data from healthcare, HR, and finance domains
• Optimize and improve reporting and analysis solutions
• Contribute to the strategic design and implementation of BI systems
• Participate in all stages of development, from pre-studies and conceptual design to deployment

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive, documented experience in QlikView/Qlik Sense development and operations
• Documented experience working with data sources from healthcare, HR, and finance
• Familiarity with Region Stockholm’s information systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish

Consultant Profile – Level 4:

• Expertise: High-level generalist or deep specialist knowledge
• Experience: 9–12+ years in the field; previous Level 3 experience for at least 2 years
• Leadership: Capable of leading larger groups
• Independence: Very high degree of autonomy
