Role: Senior Process Coach (Group Development)

Location: Malmö, Sweden (on-site only)

Assignment Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Process Coach to support a leadership team’s group development for our client in Malmö. The group has undergone significant changes since the beginning of the year, leading to challenges in collaboration and alignment. The coach will facilitate a structured, communicative, and transformative group process.

Project Background & Objectives:

The engagement aims to:

• Strengthen the leadership group’s ability to manage continuous change
• Create trust, alignment, and shared responsibility for transformation
• Support team development by leveraging each other's strengths and challenges
• Continue internal work based on MBTI personality insights

Target Group:

• One (1) unit manager
• Five (5) section managers
• Team: “Vuxen” leadership group

Scope & Delivery:

• Total Duration: 4 half-day sessions + 1 one-hour session
• Delivery Location: On-site at the coach's premises in Malmö

Must-Have Requirements:

• Access to a coaching facility in Malmö
• Demonstrated expertise in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
• Proven use of Coachande Handledning (coaching-based communication methodology)
• Experience and knowledge in group process facilitation
• Prior experience delivering coaching or leadership development projects for the Social Services Department of Malmö Municipality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two coaches working together in each session
