Role: Senior Business Analyst

Assignment Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead and support IT initiatives, with a strong focus on ERP systems, supply chain, financial, and industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-studies and participate in IT projects and change initiatives.
• Document business needs, including detailed user requirements, system documentation, and operational workflows.
• Use data analysis tools and visualization techniques (models, diagrams, charts) to present insights clearly.
• Evaluate different solution options based on feasibility, cost, and benefits.
• Provide well-reasoned recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Support the creation of business cases for IT investments.
• Participate in the implementation phase, including development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Specialist.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, finance, and industrial business processes.
• Experience working with ERP solutions, including processes and data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Highly structured, self-motivated, and independent.
• Broad technical understanding.
