Assignment Overview:

We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a high-priority assignment within a large-scale cloud migration initiative at one of our clients in the insurance sector. This role is key to the client's strategic move to Azure Cloud and will be performed in a complex and time-critical environment.

About the Role:

You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for leading requirement analysis related to the migration of a target system to Azure Cloud. The role involves close collaboration with system engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Capture, document, and ensure quality of both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support business stakeholders in requirement work using agile methodologies.
• Lead workshops, contribute to time estimations, and support testing activities.
• Create a shared understanding of business change needs and proposed solutions.
• Act as a coordinator between IT, business teams, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a technical business analyst/requirements analyst.
• Experience in technical migrations or cloud transitions.
• Used to working in large, complex organizations using agile methods.
• Ability to independently lead requirement work from analysis to implementation.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (written and spoken).

Merits (Nice to Have):

• Experience in Azure Cloud migration.
• Familiarity with agile requirement frameworks such as Epics/User Stories, SAFe, or similar.
• Background in the insurance or financial sector.
